Regulatory Operations Specialist

The primary role of a Regulatory Operations Expert is to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met with the utmost accuracy and efficiency. This involves monitoring and implementing daily regulatory compliance requirements, conducting comprehensive product audits and compliance checks, and developing robust internal control frameworks for banking products.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and submitting timely and accurate regulatory reports to regulators.
- Reviewing, validating, and reconciling data sources used for regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conducting periodic reviews to ensure customer onboarding and lifecycle management processes align with regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Deep understanding of KYC regulations and related circulars.
- Strong knowledge of banking product lifecycles and customer onboarding processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential compliance issues.
