Key Responsibilities:

Member Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring all their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Address member inquiries and resolve issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Build strong relationships with members by actively understanding their requirements and feedback.

Tours & Onboarding:

  • Conduct tours showcasing our facilities and membership options.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new members, providing orientation and helping them integrate smoothly into the community.

Community Development & Engagement:

  • Plan and organize networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration.
  • Facilitate meaningful connections among members to strengthen the community.
  • Foster an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and engagement.

Space & Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure the workspace remains clean, fully functional, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Manage membership contracts and record-keeping to ensure smooth operations.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns attracting new members.
  • Actively promote events and programs through communication channels.
  • Support strategies boosting awareness, driving engagement, and improving member retention.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track data related to occupancy and member satisfaction to measure performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and operational improvements.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Proactively identify and address member concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Mediate conflicts and resolve disputes in a constructive manner.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse members.
  • Organizational skills to manage operations and events.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, community management best practices, and facility management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
