Job Description

This role is part of an initiative dedicated to fostering innovation-driven entrepreneurship. The organization operates across multiple domains, including incubation, acceleration, seed and growth funding, research, and publication. With a track record of supporting over 1,000 entrepreneurs and investing in more than 160 startups, the organization plays a key role in shaping the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

As a case study writer, your primary focus will be on developing insightful case studies on entrepreneurship by conducting in-depth research, engaging with stakeholders, and collaborating with faculty members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in case writing and published research articles in entrepreneurship. They should also possess relevant qualifications such as an MBA/M.Phil or be pursuing a PhD in entrepreneurship or a related field. Alternatively, relevant experience in researching startups can be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, engaging, and informative case studies that communicate key learnings and recommendations.
  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research on entrepreneurship-related topics.
  • Engage with founders, investors, customers, and other stakeholders for data validation.
  • Analyze collected data and identify relevant frameworks for case studies.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to define objectives, frameworks, structures, and teaching notes for case studies.
  • Review and edit case studies to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for the production, publication, and distribution of case studies to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in case writing.
  • Published research article(s) in entrepreneurship.
