Job Title: Credit Risk Manager
Award-winning organization seeks skilled Credit Risk Manager to lead its portfolio of high-profile corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of mid-market and large corporate clients, ensuring optimal credit risk management practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, monitoring borrower accounts and staying up-to-date on developments in respective accounts.
  • Advise borrowers in turnaround situations, developing sustainable business plans and collaborating on rehabilitation packages.
  • Oversee stressed assets, conducting site visits, performance monitoring, and adherence to stipulated terms.
  • Design early warning triggers for allocated accounts, closely monitoring portfolios, reviewing operational and financial performance, and tracking economic cycles.
  • Formulate recovery strategies post-legal review.
  • Develop and implement credit analysis skills, understanding financials, and knowledge of RBI guidelines.

Requirements:
  • CA or MBA (full-time) qualification from a reputable institution.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in banking, ARC, or big-four consultancy firms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
