Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Policy Settlement Coordinator to oversee the entire claims settlement process from submission to final resolution. The ideal candidate will assess claims, investigate their validity, coordinate with adjusters, and ensure timely and fair settlements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Processing: Handle submitted documentation and determine eligibility based on policy coverage, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex data according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee accurate and efficient claim handling.
  • Claim Validation & Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations by collecting relevant data and verifying claim validity to prevent potential fraud.
  • Client Communication: Inform policyholders and agents on claim status and provide guidance throughout the settlement process.
  • Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate settlement amounts with claimants and third parties, ensuring fairness and adherence to legal standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of claims processing activities.
  • Fraud Detection: Identify potential fraudulent claims and collaborate with the fraud investigation team to mitigate risk.
  • Compliance: Process claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Coordination with Legal Team: Collaborate with the legal team on disputed claims or cases involving litigation.
