Role Overview:

As a Skincare Consultant at KLYM, you will play a key role in building relationships with users and partners by communicating our vision clearly, friendly, and persuasively.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to introduce KLYM and explain product features and benefits in simple language
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and maintain CRM records
• Support customer outreach campaigns and gather feedback
• Ensure exceptional customer experience in every interaction

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
• Confident, empathetic, and comfortable handling phone conversations
• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
