About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in managing Service Level Agreements. As a skilled professional, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and govern SLAs effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SLA issuance and execution.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for SLA performance.
  • Ensure alignment of legal documents with project deliveries.
  • Schedule committee meetings and lead discussions on SLA governance.
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate contracts upon deployment of new applications.
  • Conduct service reviews with stakeholders to evaluate KPIs and services.
  • Implement SLA control execution strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SLA management.
  • Strong knowledge of Legal documentation, Data Protection, and IT Security.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 9–12 years of experience, with at least 10 years of relevant SLA/IC management experience.
  • Preferred: Background in Legal or Internal/External Contracts.
