Job Description

A dynamic and compassionate individual is sought to play a pivotal role in helping individuals overcome challenges related to their sexual and psychological health.

The ideal candidate will combine therapeutic expertise with sales acumen, conducting initial discovery calls and pitching treatment packages to potential clients.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team and eventually transition into a more hands-on therapy role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Discovery Calls & Client Engagement:
    • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients seeking help for psychological and sexual health issues.
    • Establish rapport and build trust during calls, guiding clients to understand the support they need.
    • Pitch appropriate treatment packages and plans, demonstrating how they align with the client's goals.
    • Effectively communicate benefits and outcomes, addressing concerns or questions.
    • CLOSE SALES AND ONBOARD CLIENTS INTO THE TREATMENT PROCESS.
  • Therapeutic Support:
    • Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on the client's needs, while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
    • Refer clients not immediately ready to proceed with treatment to relevant resources.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with our team of therapists, ensuring a seamless transition from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
    • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
    • Assist in improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings by providing feedback on client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).
  • Experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, building rapport quickly and addressing client needs empathetically.
  • Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
  • Ability to pitch and close sales professionally and empathetically.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
