About the Role

As a seasoned developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using the .NET framework and related technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing web applications using .NET Core and .NET 5+
  • Collaborating with teams to understand business requirements and create technical specifications
  • Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs to integrate with various systems and services
  • Implementing and maintaining user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as Angular or ReactJS
  • Optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability
  • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends
Required Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (including .NET Core and .NET 5+). Additionally, you should have in-depth knowledge of SQL and database design. Experience building and maintaining web applications using MVC or Web API architectures is also crucial. Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, is desirable. Understanding of RESTful API design and development, along with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, is mandatory. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also essential.

While experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), unit testing, and test-driven development are preferred, they are not necessary for consideration.
