Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Manager/Manager – Customer Data Platform Business Lead to drive strategy, consulting, and solution leadership across Customer Data Platform initiatives.
The role involves shaping client engagements, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling successful delivery of data-driven customer experience programs.
- Business Leadership & Strategy:
- Own the Customer Data Platform practice vision, go-to-market strategy, and business development.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth opportunities.
- Develop and nurture CXO-level relationships to position Customer Data Platform as a core enabler of digital transformation.
- Consulting & Solutioning:
- Translate business objectives into Customer Data Platform use cases and measurable outcomes.
- Lead discovery, strategy, and solution workshops with clients.
- Partner with technology teams to design Customer Data Platform architectures and integrations with Marketing Technology, Advertising Technology, and CRM ecosystems.
- Provide digital analytics guidance for all assigned accounts.
- Serve as the point of escalation for client requests.
- Develop and foster client relationships, especially within client's analytic departments.
- Manage relationships with clients and partners and identify opportunities for new data sources.
- Ensure proper analytics implementation of online marketing campaigns.
- Advising on, building, and maintaining complete documentation for all projects.
- Managing data independently to realize trends and process improvements.
- Providing ad hoc reporting.
- Practice & People Development:
- Mentor cross-functional teams on Customer Data Platform use cases, data strategy, and customer engagement.
- Contribute to thought leadership, POVs, and industry events.
- Build alliances with Customer Data Platform vendors (Salesforce, Adobe, Segment, Tealium, etc.) to strengthen ecosystem partnerships.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing.
- Strong experience in Customer Data Platform strategy, implementation, or solutioning (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe RT-CDP, Twilio Segment, or similar).
- Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Technology/Advertising Technology ecosystems, data privacy, and customer experience strategies.
- Track record of driving revenue growth, practice building, or business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
