Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security operations, ensuring the safety of guests and employees, and preventing losses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage security operations, including patrols, emergency response, and investigations.
  • Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks and prevent losses.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure effective communication and response.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on loss prevention procedures and protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in security or a related field.
  • Or, a 2-year degree in criminal justice or a related field, with 1 year of experience in security or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • A valid driver's license, with a good driving record.
