Job Title: Architectural Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the development and integration of Python-based applications with Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting and implementing LLM pipelines, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and evaluation.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, including FastAPI and Flask.
  • LLM Integration: Solid experience with LLM integration using OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • RAG Pipelines: Understanding of RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus.
  • Prompt Engineering: Experience with prompt engineering & evaluation techniques.
  • MLOps Tools: Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and Langfuse, as well as deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • REST APIs: Strong grasp of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. Knowledge of model fine-tuning and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Development: Lead the development and integration of Python-based applications with LLMs.
  • Pipeline Architecture: Architect and implement LLM pipelines, including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  • Microservices Design: Design scalable microservices and APIs for AI features.
  • MLOps Collaboration: Collaborate with MLOps teams to deploy and monitor AI models in production.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure performance optimization, cost efficiency, and security in LLM workflows.
  • Team Guidance: Guide the team on Python best practices, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
  • Industry Advancements: Stay updated on emerging AI/LLM advancements and propose adoption where beneficial.
