Expert Project Leader Sought

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced project leader to spearhead our pre-construction initiatives and drive successful project execution from planning to procurement.

  • Define project scope, timelines, priorities and budget across multiple initiatives within approved parameters
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, cost control, risk management efforts
  • Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment
  • Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality compliance and time management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance during pre-construction phases
  • Maintain effective communication with consultants, stakeholders and internal teams
  • Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans
  • Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts
  • Develop procurement strategies manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs and site deliveries
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution
  • Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations and BOQ preparation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project leadership and pre-construction planning
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
