About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Solana blockchain development to lead our technical team.

The role involves designing, building, and optimizing high-performance decentralized applications, smart contracts, and on-chain programs on Solana.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality on-chain and off-chain software systems using Rust language and best practices.
  • Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards, providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, set the development roadmap for blockchain projects, and document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner.
  • Troubleshooting and Collaboration: Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Rust language with good development experience in Rust and its ecosystem.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust development, with at least 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain.
  • Ability to guide the development team in writing performant and optimized code in Rust.
  • Hands-on experience building fullstack Solana Web3 applications, from smart contracts to frontend dApps.
  • Proficiency in writing, testing, and deploying Solana smart contracts.
  • Strong understanding of various Token Standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.).
  • Experience with DeFi protocols: DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books, and liquidity management.
  • R&D skills with the ability to prototype quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech, CS/IT or related field.
  • 2+yrs of relevant exp. with Solana blockchain.
