**Job Title:** Data Analyst

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data to uncover meaningful trends, patterns and relationships.
  • Ensure the integrity of automated reports by implementing quality control measures.
  • Design, execute and analyze controlled experiments to assess opportunities and optimize performance across business channels.
  • Identify top-performing customer segments and provide actionable insights to inform targeting strategies.
  • Develop and maintain interactive reporting dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish standardized instrumentation and reporting protocols.
  • Create informative dashboards and reports to communicate data-driven insights.
  • Review data quality and provide guidance to upstream data sources.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests in a timely manner.
  • Stay current with industry advancements, tools and competitor strategies.
  • Deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports, highlighting business trends in new customer counts, marketing trigger impact and promoted product performance.
  • Analyze results and develop targeted improvement opportunities.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Tableau.
  • Tableau Qualified Associate Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL, Postgres and RedShift is beneficial.
  • High proficiency in Excel modeling, data mining and scenario analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively towards shared goals.
