Senior Visual Designer Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead the creation of user-centric design solutions that meet our business goals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that drive engagement and conversion.

  • Design visual elements, such as graphics, icons, and micro-interactions, to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our design language.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in a similar industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work, including examples of designs you've led or contributed to.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with experience working with design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
