About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. As a Growth Marketing and Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for aligning and managing campaigns on Clevertap to drive retention. You will also be responsible for reporting and data presentation of campaign performance.
You will work closely with the creative team to define Email/WhatsApp templates for campaigns and work with Product, Tech, and Marketing functions to ensure improvement in user journeys and experience along with reducing pain points in the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Aligning and managing campaigns on Clevertap to drive retention
* Reporting and data presentation of campaign performance
* Utilizing Mixpanel to create an end-to-end data story for the campaigns implemented
* Conceptualize and set up automated journey-based campaigns while ensuring ideal frequency to the customer
* Analyzing data in order to understand key pain points, effective communication, ideal conversion times, etc.
* Working closely with the creative team to define Email/WhatsApp templates for campaigns
* Working with Product, Tech, and Marketing functions to ensure improvement in user journeys and experience along with reducing pain points in the funnel
Qualifications
* Graduate or Postgraduate
* Understanding of campaign alignment and management
* Understanding of marketing reporting, funnels etc.
* Experience in Clevertap, Moengage, Mixpanel, Metabase, PowerBi, Tableau, GA
