Graphic Designer

We are seeking an expert Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across various channels. As the go-to design partner for our marketing team, your primary focus will be on creating engaging visual assets that captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing campaigns and events materials (booth designs, standees, banners, merch, handouts) and online presence (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages)
  • Develop sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that make our messaging resonate with prospects
  • Elevate long-form content like whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-digest formats
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in tools like Figma
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand standards while contributing to the ongoing revamp of our branding guidelines

What We're Looking For:

  • 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the B2B space (agency experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in essential design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and awareness of modern design trends
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and web
  • Comfort with open-ended briefs and ability to transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs
  • High operator mindset—someone who delivers fast without compromising quality

Success in 3 Months:

  • You've become the go-to design partner for the marketing team, handling requests across campaigns, events, and content with confidence
  • The marketing team is equipped with fresh, on-brand designs for sales decks, case studies, social media, and upcoming events
  • You've contributed to our new brand guidelines, helping to define the look and feel that will scale with us
  • You've built repeatable templates enabling the team to produce collaterals more efficiently
  • Your designs are not just visually appealing but also measurably improving engagement across campaigns
