Lawyer for Digital Identity Protection

We're building the foundation for secure digital identity—helping businesses verify users and prevent fraud at scale.
This role matters with rapidly evolving legal requirements in tech, AI, and identity space. You'll take end-to-end ownership of high-impact legal work across the board—from client negotiations and IP protection to risk management and data privacy compliance.
- You'll own legal processes and get exposure to product, data, commercial, and corporate legal matters.
- You'll lead negotiations for routine contracts, support teams with legal needs, and contribute to process improvements.
- You'll review, draft, negotiate, and vet commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws.
- Contribute to internal compliance, IP protection, and risk management frameworks.
- Stay updated on evolving legal landscapes and inform stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain internal legal processes and templates.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel (TMT, Fintech, or General Corporate).
- LL.B. required (LL.M. or certifications in data privacy/fin tech are a plus).
- Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation.
- Understanding of software licensing, technology transfers, and data privacy.
- Clear communication skills to simplify legal concepts for non-legal teams.
