Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of non-financial data and ESG performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify decarbonization opportunities, develop sustainable supply chain practices, and implement energy-efficient solutions.

  • Engage Stakeholders and Communicate Progress:

    Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating sustainability progress and achievements through various channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability management, with a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

  • A strong understanding of national and international sustainability frameworks, including GRI, BRSR, SASB, ISO, and IR.
