**Job Description**

We're seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team.

  • Develop visually compelling websites with high-end UI animations and smooth web interactions on Webflow, using Figma designs.
  • Add creativity and out-of-the-box ideas to enhance website look and feel.
  • Build and iterate on all types of Webflow pages: homepages, landing pages, blogs, etc.
  • Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO, and responsiveness.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum 2 years of proven experience in Webflow development.
  • Deep knowledge of Webflow and completion of Webflow developer courses.
  • Proficient in using Figma and similar design tools.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript and jQuery (can create custom interactions and functionalities).
  • Experience with advanced CSS, animations, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of integrating GSAP, HTMX, Wized, and custom JS libraries with Webflow preferred.
  • Competence in building and managing complex CMS collections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized deadline-oriented, great at multitasking, and a problem-solver.
