Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager - MO India, you will work with HR Business Partners and line managers across the country to gain insights into business needs and priorities.
Your Role and Responsibilities- Deliver the talent acquisition process to implement global talent strategies in assigned BA/Divisions.
- Work with HR Business Partners and line managers across the country to gain insights into short/mid/long-term business needs/priorities and current talent challenges.
- Provide feedback to regional TA Lead based on insights gained for future strategy and programs.
You will be responsible for managing the local TA team and external partner relations (talent partners, employer branding specialist, and other internal & external agreed resources) to ensure effective sizing and staffing of teams to best support business TA requirements.
