  • Candidates will lead electrical system and power electronics design activities to bring innovative solutions to life.

About the Job:

This position involves overseeing architecture, system, and component-level requirements, as well as performing analysis on new architectures/products. The ideal candidate must ensure design and development meets certification standards & requirements. Conducting designs/documents/test-plan reviews is also key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative electrical systems and power electronics.
  • Evaluate and refine existing designs for improved efficiency and performance.
  • Lead teams to achieve project goals and milestones.

Required Skills:

A strong hold on power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control,MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design is crucial for success in this role. Experience with multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing and validation - is also necessary.

Familiarity with modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM and PCB Design tools like Eagle/OrCad/Altium is essential. Knowledge of Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics is also beneficial.

Bachelors/Masters (Electrical/Power Electronics/Equivalent) degree and 5+ years of experience are required for this position.
