Job Description:

You will specialize in crafting compelling video scripts for social media and promotional campaigns. This role involves writing engaging and high-converting scripts for short-form videos, reels, and course promos tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.

Candidates should be able to conceptualize and execute ideas that drive attention and conversions by collaborating with the content, design, and video teams.

The ideal candidate will create copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, landing pages, and emailers to support digital marketing efforts while understanding target audience personas and writing content that aligns with their interests, challenges, and motivations.

Maintaining consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling across all platforms is essential. Participating in brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings is also a key responsibility.

Optimizing scripts and copies based on performance data and feedback is a continuous process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in digital-first brands or agencies.
  • Proven experience in writing video scripts for social media, brand storytelling, and promotional content.
  • Excellent command of English with strong storytelling, grammar, and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media trends, ad formats, and content best practices.
  • Highly collaborative, open to feedback, and capable of working in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing video scripts, social media copies, and promotional campaigns is a must.
