Job Description

As a Specification Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities to integrate our products into construction projects from the outset.

  • Develop a deep understanding of specifiers' strategies, marketing efforts, and product requirements. Analyze their needs and identify key opportunities for growth.
  • Sell specification packages to consultants and customers to ensure our products are specified at the tender stage.
  • Work closely with project sales teams to convert bids into sales.
  • Provide technical support to clients and ensure that specifications cannot be easily broken by competitors.
Key Responsibilities

* Build strong relationships with specifiers, architects, and engineers*

  • Prospect new clients and build networks within industries to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
