Job Title:

SAP Functional Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned SAP professional to lead our organization’s P2S & S2P functional teams effectively.

About the Role:

  • Lead end-to-end integration between functional and technical teams to meet business requirements.
  • Manage a team of 10 to 20 SAP functional and technical resources.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand needs, support business change, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Adapt SAP functional management to align with our digital governance development model.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our organization remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of extensive SAP experience, with deep expertise across modules and processes.
  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in managing SAP resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Recognized subject matter expert in multiple SAP applications, with strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and project life cycle.
  • Strong skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
