Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to lead our financial operations.

  • Financial Leadership:
  • Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop strategic plans and KPI frameworks to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting:
  • Ensure timely and accurate closure of books in accordance with Indian GAAP.
  • Prepare statutory, tax, and internal audits reports.

  • Fundraising & Investor Relations:
  • Manage investor documents, financial models, decks, and data rooms.
  • Negotiate due diligence and support closures.

  • Banking & Treasury:
  • Establish relationships with banks and lenders.
  • Lead debt structuring, working capital facilities, and vendor financing.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in finance roles.
  • Strong background in VC fundraising, due diligence, and modeling.
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or venture-backed startups.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and financial software like Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks.
