We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in life sciences consulting to join our Strategy & Consulting team.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project execution, from scoping and design to analysis, synthesis, and final recommendations.
  • This role involves managing project delivery with a focus on profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and guide in-depth desk research using pharma-specific sources.
  • Define and implement competitive intelligence and pipeline assessment frameworks.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling storyboarding and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with global and onshore teams to understand business context and deliver client-ready outputs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, handling challenging situations with structured thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to innovation within the team.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
Your Day Will Be Focused On:
  • Brainstorming with onshore teams and clients to understand business requirements and co-create solutions for complex specifications.
  • Executing and managing ad-hoc research requests such as competitive intelligence, market assessment, landscape studies, industry and pipeline analysis, clinical trials analysis, KOL mapping, and more.

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of total experience, with a strong background in life sciences consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing consulting projects and teams.
  • Deep knowledge of secondary research methodologies in the pharmaceutical domain.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align research with client objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Exposure to project management principles and resource planning.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with pharma-specific data assets and tools.
  • Background in life sciences, pharmacy, or business (MBA, MPH, or equivalent).
