Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of work by creating user-centric product experiences that drive business value and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design principles, with experience in implementing design methods such as User Research and User Testing. You will consult with clients to provide thought leadership on User-Centric Design approaches, conceptualize and design user-centered product experiences, and develop great problem-solving skills to understand complex ideas and empathize with customers' needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Operational Excellence by implementing design methods such as User Research and User Testing.
  • Consult with Clients to provide thought leadership on User-Centric Design approaches.
  • Conceptualize and Design user-centered product experiences for our Analytic Customers.
  • Develop Problem-Solving Skills to understand complex ideas and empathize with customers' needs.
  • Factor Stakeholder and User Considerations into designs.
  • Create Interactive Prototypes using sound app design principles.
  • Understand and Apply Design Methods such as VIMM Model and other relevant tools.
  • Proficiency in Design Software (AI, XD, Photoshop, or Sketch).
  • Ability to Communicate Ideas and design rationale within a user-centric design process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any stream with relevant years of experience.
  • Specialized design degree adds an advantage to shortlist candidate profiles.
  • Excellent skill in using Interactive Prototyping applications like Invision, Marvel App, Axure-RP.
  • Hands-on experience working with PowerPoint presentation to edit or design slides.
  • Basic understanding of using Dreamweaver, Notepad++ to edit HTML, CSS, Javascript.
  • Relevant years of product design & Consulting experience with Enterprise (SaaS) and Consumer Product Design.
