Job Description:
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses while developing your skills and expertise in project management and consulting. You will be responsible for managing the Project Management Standard (PMS) Assurance framework for project deliveries, ensuring compliance with the Project Governance Policy and PMS. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Monthly updates of the Governance Dashboard to regional teams
  • Phase Gate reviews for projects funded by regional teams
  • Specific document reviews: PSC TOR, AED/PED, BRD, PMP, Closure Report, Red Pack Report, Change Request, PSC Deck, PSC MoM

You will also support the Programme Steering Committee in preparing quality materials and ensure that all submissions to committees are timely and of high quality.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have strong project management and consulting skills, with the ability to produce excellent C-level PowerPoint presentations. You should also be able to liaise with engineering teams and carve out visually strong project plans or other deliverables. Knowledge of Clarity/ADO is optional, but experience in data analytics and data modeling would be an asset. You should have good communication skills, the ability to speak across various levels, teams, and stakeholders, and financial management and resource planning experience.
