Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Strategist to join our team at the Vishvaraj Group in Nagpur.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic procurement plans to drive cost savings, improve efficiency, and enhance supplier relationships.

1. Making and Developing purchasing strategies, contract strategies.
2. Conduct Vendor, Contractor identification & Evaluation adding vendors in each category of Purchase, manage contractor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability.
3. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
4. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
5. Craft negotiation strategies, doing Rate Analysis, Presenting Total Cost of Ownership for management approval and close deals with optimal terms
6. Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
7. Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
8. Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
9. Assess, manage and mitigate risks
10. Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
11. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
12. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
13. Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability
14. Support During Tendering with right costing.

• A minimum of 12+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience of Working in EPC/PPP model project
• Working experience of ERP/SAP
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Our salary range is ₹18.25 LPA to ₹31.74 LPA (approximately USD 22,910 - USD 39,370 per annum) depending on your qualifications and experience.
