Project Leadership Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Direct and coordinate project teams to achieve project objectives and goals.
  2. Develop in-depth knowledge of fabrication practices and ASME standards to ensure compliance and quality.
  3. Utilize various manufacturing techniques and scheduling of Skid Modules to optimize project delivery.
  4. Lead and organize entire Skid Projects at multiple plants, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
  5. Achieve customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and issue resolution.
  6. Establish project objectives, standards, and production schedules with cost and delivery effectiveness.
  7. Organize resources for various projects, production, planning, and maintenance activities in line with project requirements.
  8. Apply knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, IBR codes, and EN codes to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
  9. Prepare Change Orders (COR) and negotiate with customers to secure approval.
  10. Ensure timely realization of milestone payments and manage project delivery to avoid late delivery.
  11. Manage real-time projects from initiation to completion.
  12. Oversee commercial aspects and other contract conditions to ensure project success.
  13. Manage material requirements planning (MRP) and mitigate material risks to ensure project continuity.
  14. Coordinate with design teams, projects teams, purchase teams, vendors, or suppliers, and shop production planning teams to align with monthly production plans.
  15. Drive continuous improvement in vendor development and selection for procuring raw materials or sub-contracting.

15-20 years of experience in Projects Management of Skids/Process Modules; exposure in Static Equipment/Boiler Pressure Parts/Spools is highly desirable.
