Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of our medical analysis tools.

  • Perform thorough manual testing of complex patient data to ensure precision in processing.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans across web applications, focusing on user experience, data accuracy, and workflow validation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to understand user workflows and identify critical testing scenarios.
  • Conduct specialized testing of AI/ML outputs, including validation of NLP results, LLM responses, and data processing accuracy across diverse medical datasets.
  • Work directly with physicians and legal teams to gather feedback and ensure our tools meet real-world quality standards.
  • Establish QA processes and documentation standards, contributing to our testing practices as we scale.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools while working collaboratively with the development team to resolve issues quickly.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of manual QA experience with web applications, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
  • Strong experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and ability to test applications built with modern frameworks.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g. Linear, Jira, TestRail, or similar).
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts or strong willingness to learn, including how to validate model outputs and data processing results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail—critical when working with medical data.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
