Software Development Professional

This is a role that involves leveraging knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to write applications and solutions in existing frameworks. The successful candidate will have expertise in Appian development, including SAIL, Process Models, Rules, Expressions, and all Appian Objects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Development: Develop software applications using Appian technologies, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Code Review and Refactoring: Perform regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and identify opportunities for refactoring and performance optimizations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to contribute to feature breakdowns, sizing, and design of new feature implementations.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Product Engineers to help them develop their skills and become proficient in Appian development.
Requirements
  • Strong Understanding of Appian Technologies: The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Appian's technical stack, including SAIL, Process Models, Rules, Expressions, and all Appian Objects.
  • Expertise in Software Development: Proficiency in software development principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
