Job Title: Salesforce Lead

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to join our team at Hire Alpha. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce modules, as well as maintaining and customizing Field Service, CRM Sales, Service, and Community Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and customize Field Service, CRM Sales, Service, and Community Cloud implementations
  • Interact with business users to conduct needs assessment studies, prepare scope of works, and functional specification documents for new applications or modifications to current applications
  • Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, etc.)
  • Responsible for building integrations with other systems (ERP) using REST and Web Services, experience working on MuleSoft for integration purposes
  • Responsible for testing and debugging code to ensure that production systems continue to meet user needs, support QA in functional and system-level testing, and fix defects
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support and act as a hands-on primary developer of solutions using key Salesforce core programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, Rest APIs)
  • Must have good communication skills to interact with business users, ability to work on multiple tasks, and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment
  • Hands-on experience on Mulesoft, HexaBPM, Nintex Drawloop is mandatory
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales, Service, Community Clouds
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/documenting/deploying solutions to end users
  • Experience working on MuleSoft for integration purposes
  • Hands-on experience on Mulesoft, HexaBPM, Nintex Drawloop
