Research Professional

We are seeking a skilled Research Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing research skills by drafting proposals that adhere to project briefs, including researching approach and methodology, designing elements, sample plans, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop research skills by drafting proposals that adhere to project briefs, including researching approach and methodology, designing elements, sample plans, etc.
  • Prepare robust and error-free material for field work launches, including brief notes, budgets, show cards, etc.
  • Learnt basics of questionnaire design, flow, filters, routing, scales, implications of using different scales, preparing quality questionnaires for simple projects as guided, and digitalizing them with scripting teams.
  • Understand field work process, give comprehensive field briefing after understanding study objectives from seniors, plan and prioritize project activities as per timelines, share research study pre-requisites to PM teams, debrief interviewers and POG team on study and questionnaire, finalize estimates, costing, and budgeting for projects and RQ's are correct, launch projects online in necessary software, learn and prepare analysis plan for simple projects, prepare 1st cut analysis of data for review, coordinate with Project Management & Field teams, manage timely quotas, assist seniors in preparing 1st cut presentations, raise timely invoices and submit to senior/finance department.
  • Manage clients independently for routine matters, address their queries ongoing projects, attend client meetings, make notes, and prepare minutes of the meeting, provide error-free insights/deliverables to clients, learn and develop awareness on category, brands or industry on the project working on, generate client satisfaction scores/testimonials.
  • Follow up with relevant support teams adhering to timelines, timely submission of client deliverables, manage and multitask project activities.
  • Work independently with least amount of supervision – Inter & Intra teams.
  • Upgrade skills towards professional and organizational growth, update on client’s businesses and categories.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with experience in project management tools and databases an added advantage.
