**Job Title:** Senior Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Manager to lead our team in minimizing write-offs and optimizing revenue cycle management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in denial management, cash applications, credit collection, and provider side activities. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate with internal stakeholders.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare operations, including AR collections, denial management, and RCM.
  • Ability to oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider side activities.
  • Familiarity with US shifts and working schedules, preferably with 5 days of work per week.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the denial management process to minimize write-offs and optimize revenue cycle management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for effective communication and resolution of AR issues.
  • Oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider side activities to ensure timely payment from providers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior business operations role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with US healthcare operations and regulations.
