Your Role

As a Sr. Cloud Applications Consultant, you will be part of the technical team responsible for delivering OpenText Exstream product suite administration and management to our global customers. You will work with a growing team providing world-class operational support, troubleshooting, and administration to various enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent OpenText professionally to customers, partners, and personnel.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads to drive activities and milestones to successful completion within agreed timelines.
  • Drive and execute activities and milestones to successful completion within agreed timelines.
  • Improve team and delivery efficiency by showcasing process improvements and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Manage Exstream applications for global customers using the ITIL framework.
  • Support and report to the engagement Service Delivery Manager while assigned to active customer engagements.
  • Establish relationships with client technical counterparts and participate in client service delivery meetings.
  • Work with colleagues from different OpenText teams, including product support, engineering, product management, and Cloud Ops Teams.
  • Prepare and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and on-the-job guidance to team members and customer personnel.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience working on relevant technologies.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience working within a technical support or consulting environment with the Exstream CCM platform and associated technologies.
  • Experience with Exstream CN Knowledge is an asset.
  • Extreme Knowledge of configuration of ECM integration with Communications Server, OTDS installation, configuration, and integration with Exstream.
  • Ability to understand product integration with 3rd party applications in complex environments.
  • Proficient Knowledge in OS fundamentals, troubleshooting fundamentals, Logs, DB fundamentals, and API basics.
  • Experience in delivering service within an ITIL-based service delivery model.
  • Programming/scripting skills are helpful.
  • Familiarity with configuration and management of web/application servers and Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong desire to provide exceptional customer support efficiently with a high focus on first-call resolution.

Willingness to work in shifts during weekdays and on-call during weekends.
