Backend Developer Needed for Project-Based Engagement

About The Role:

We are inviting Backend Developers to join us on a project-based engagement where they can showcase their skills in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

If you are passionate about developing robust backend systems and proficient in one of the leading backend frameworks (Django, Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, or Laravel), we'd love to collaborate with you.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who prefer flexible engagements over traditional contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust backend applications and APIs that meet client requirements.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices.
  • Implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs and integrate with frontend & third-party services seamlessly.
  • Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Implement real-time features (e.g., WebSockets, SignalR, or Django Channels).
  • Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization through rigorous testing.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability through monitoring and analysis.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in at least one core backend framework: Django, Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, or Laravel.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication (Sockets, SignalR, gRPC, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have (Bonus Advantages):

  • Experience with event-driven architectures & message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Knowledge of system scaling, load balancing, caching strategies.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, such as infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
  • Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
  • Monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
