We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Consultant to analyze business requirements, implement Odoo ERP systems, and provide ongoing client support.
This role involves configuring modules, training users, and ensuring seamless business process integration to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and provide expert ERP consulting services
- Configure ERP systems, customize workflows, and integrate with other applications
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions
- Develop process documentation and training materials
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and risk management
- Work closely with clients to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Travel for on-site client support as needed
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Quick learner with effective communication skills
- Basic project management and multitasking capabilities
- Knowledge of key business domains: E-Commerce, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounting
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
