Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative visual content that aligns with our company's branding goals. You will develop creative visuals, layouts, and designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, social media, brochures, and websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Develop creative visuals, layouts, and designs for print and digital media.
  • Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs align with our company's branding guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
  • Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas to enhance our company's visual presence.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise achieve the desired outcome.
  • Asset Preparation: Prepare final design files for print production or digital use, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Requirements:

· Expertise in Video Editing, Motion Graphics Design, and UI/UX Design or in a similar role.

· Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Blender, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InDesign, or similar design tools.

· Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

· Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketing teams.

· Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in Branding - Static/video creatives, motion graphics, and UI/UX design.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Experience with 3D animation and rendering.

· Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
