Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and visionary Associate Product Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, from strategic planning to launch cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement product segment strategies that meet business objectives.
  2. Participate in sprint planning discussions to refine product backlogs and drive development efforts forward.
  3. Translate product vision into detailed requirements for engineering teams, ensuring seamless execution.
  4. Develop comprehensive product strategy documents outlining business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and revenue projections.
  5. Review and ensure alignment of development work with product vision.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-10 years of product experience in the US healthcare domain, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a proven ability to envision and shape future product directions.
  • Prior product management experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Candidates without prior experience will be considered for junior roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of technology and healthcare product platforms is essential.
  • Ability to communicate complex product visions and drive details effectively.
Preferred Skills:
  • Expertise in revenue cycle management, clinical or other areas within the healthcare domain.
  • Product knowledge due to working in these areas.

Proficiency in English and Malayalam languages is required.
