Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. The ideal candidate will work with stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop strategies, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality solutions on multiple fast-paced AI and data projects.
  • Comfortable reviewing data in Excel and databases.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to provide data-driven solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop use cases, process flow diagrams, and functional designs.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure clarity of project goals and requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet defined objectives.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support during system implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end users post-implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, gap analysis, testing, and product experience and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Basic experience with marketing is good to have.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) and reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
