Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist - Supply Chain Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure that assigned work is delivered with required quality and within schedule
• Understand and comply with SCM processes and procedures
• Analyze stocks and raise inter-unit stock transfer orders (MSR) to other BU's by using overstock data
• Purchase orders/MSR management - Generation, Confirmation, Expedite, end-user communication
• Maintaining Tracker for finalized Purchase Order's
• Resolve invoices/requisition anomalies
• Perform receipt against PO's to ensure expedite reports and match exceptions

Required Skills and Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, B-Tech, Commerce, or PGDCA or other relevant educational field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially advanced Excel and Word

Desired:

• Well-versed with Purchasing, Inventory, and other SCM functions
• Ready to overlap timing as per US working hours
• Knowledge on MS Excel including formulas, special functions viz. Pivot table, pivot chart, VLOOKUP, hookup etc.

Benefits

Oceaneering offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Conditions

This position is considered office work which is characterized as follows:

• Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
• Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place
• Work surface is stable (flat)
