Job Title: Visual Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled individual to join our core content and marketing team. As a Visual Content Creator & Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging video, graphics, and social media content that showcases our brand's personality and values.


About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about storytelling, visual aesthetics, and social media marketing. You will work closely with our founder and leadership team to develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Record, edit, and publish high-quality video content for our website and social media channels.
  • Design eye-catching graphics, creatives, and featured images for our website and articles.
  • Manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
  • Contribute to campaigns by creating both visual and written content.
  • Experiment with new formats and trends to boost engagement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or digital marketing.
  • A strong command of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar).
  • Experience in recording and editing podcasts/interviews.
  • Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop (or similar tools) for design.
  • Solid understanding of social media trends and content marketing.
  • Bonus: SEO basics, keyword research, analytics.
