Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite consultant to spearhead implementation and support cycles. This role demands expertise in mapping customer requirements to NetSuite functionalities, designing scalable solutions, and leading end-to-end delivery.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate business needs and translate them into actionable NetSuite solutions.
  • Develop solution designs and lead clients through implementation and post-go-live phases.
  • Manage ERP lifecycle including design, testing, validation, deployment, and user training.
  • Create detailed functional design documentation and configuration guides.
  • Design and execute test plans including unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Implement data migration strategies using standard NetSuite tools.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to data, configuration, and processes.
  • Customize system features based on project scope and client requirements.
  • Deliver hands-on NetSuite training in areas such as chart of accounts, tax configuration, multi-subsidiary setup, vendor payments, and bank transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in NetSuite implementation and functional consulting.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in initial system setup, data migration planning, master and transactional data setup, and ERP cut-over and go-live planning.
  • Expertise in configuring company setup, chart of accounts, tax nexus, multi-subsidiary & multi-currency setups, vendor payment methods, banking, inventory, and sales modules.
  • Functional knowledge of sales & distribution, pricing, forecasting, procurement, BOM, production planning, inventory & stock management, QA, returns management, financial reporting, GL, P&L, Balance Sheet impacts.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with NetSuite saved searches, workflows, and reports.
  • Basic scripting and customization (custom records, fields, forms).
  • Integration with CRM, HRMS, and Payroll systems.
  • Strong experience in testing methodologies and preparing UAT criteria.
