Job Description

The Group Finance Director is responsible for leading the organization's financial management, including strategy, reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and expertise in corporate finance.

  • Lead financial operations across group entities and global business units.
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
