Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Team Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud network infrastructure. This includes architecting, designing, installing, maintaining, and managing equipment to provide high availability, flexibility, and network performance.

The ideal candidate will have around 6-8 years of experience in data center networking with 1-3 years of experience in Software Defined Networking (SDN) specifically in private cloud & virtualization domains.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement cloud network infrastructure designs, including physical and SDN networks.
  2. Maintain high levels of availability, flexibility, and network performance while ensuring service level agreements are met.
  3. Collaborate with clients and team members on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests.
  4. Lead a team of Network Engineers and provide technical guidance as needed.
  5. Proactively monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess risks and business impact.
  6. Prepare and deliver solution presentations or technical proposals related to cloud network infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Data Center networks.
  • Strong fundamentals and understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, Security technologies, Switching, QoS, Network monitoring Protocols & Tools, and SDN Technologies.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly resolve complex problems.
  • A highly motivated individual with effective project management skills.
