The Job Description:

  • Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide quality responses to every customer query, following established procedures to ensure smooth interactions.
  • Be a Customer Champion: Listen to customers' needs and guide them through using specific features that make a difference.
  • Solve Problems Effectively: Analyze and report product issues by exploring different scenarios or stepping into the customer's shoes.
  • Maintain Knowledge Base Accuracy: Regularly update internal systems with insights from technical issues and valuable customer conversations.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Share feature requests and clever workarounds with the team to keep our product evolving.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Inform customers about the latest features and functionalities as soon as they're available.
  • Ensure Resolution: Not only solve problems but also follow up with customers to ensure everything is running smoothly on their end.
  • Amply the Customer Voice: Collect feedback directly from customers and share these insights with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive innovation and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bring Relevant Experience: Have at least 2 years in a customer-facing role? Great If you're a fresher with outstanding communication skills, we'd love to hear from you too.
  • Versatile Support Skills: Be ready to handle calls, chats, and emails, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: We prioritize our customers – you should too.
  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools is essential. Knowing CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are must-haves. Fluency in both English and Hindi is required.
  • Juggle Multiple Tasks: Multitasking in our fast-paced environment demands quick adaptation to changing situations.
