Key Responsibilities
  1. Create visually stunning graphics, reels, and short-form videos for social media campaigns, tailored to engage diverse audiences.
  2. Design marketing materials: brochures, banners, PPTs, WhatsApp posts, and event creatives, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  3. Edit product demos, explainer videos, and client testimonial reels optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  4. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align creative assets with campaign goals, driving business growth and success.
  5. Maintain brand integrity by consistently applying visual elements and messaging throughout all content.
  6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and experiment with innovative visual formats, such as memes, reels, and GIFs, to captivate online audiences.
  7. Manage quick turnaround designs for trade fairs, campaigns, and product launches, prioritizing efficiency without compromising quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or equivalent tools, demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with designing for digital platforms and social-first storytelling, showcasing the ability to adapt to evolving online landscapes.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas, driven by a passion for innovation and self-expression.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI design/video tools (Runway, MidJourney, Canva AI), opening opportunities for cutting-edge creativity and collaboration.
